My salesperson was helpful. However, he advised me to pay for overnight shipping because I needed my chair for a trip in 2 weeks. The chair shipped literally 2 days later and was there with a week to spare. The overnight shipping fee was 500.00. I feel it was an understandable recommendation because of my deadline, but was very disappointed that I paid that much for something I didn’t really need. The chair is smooth and easy to use. The cushion I was advised to get is not comfortable.

3rd Go-chair ordered from Spin-Life. Disappointed with "improvements made by Pride-Jazzy" no interchangeability of battery, etc. Plus Sales & Technical of little help. Only option is to return item at exorbitant cost & trouble. Will think twice before ordering another.

Well once I ordered what was supposed to be wheels for my wheelchair which is what I paid for all I got was a pair of bycycle wheels and did not even have the rubber on them. I have returned them for a refund but so far have not seen a refund show up on my debit cards. I wanted to just apply my return toa wheel chair as it was just as cheap as buying the wheels. was told no in no uncertain words. Now I just want my refund.
