Great packaging and amazing user friendly website. Product came neatly packaged on a pallet with no damage. Shipping could have been a little faster took them three days to get the order out the door and then a week to get here.

Part worked great! I was searching forever and order couple broken ones from other stores. I bought this once and immediately fixed my issue! Definitely coming back if I need anymore HVAC parts.

Arrived quickly and wasn't damaged during shipment. We installed it like it's supposed to be done and it has performed quite well so far.

We’ve been purchasing Cooper & Hunter equipment from South Mini Splits for our HVAC projects, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Fast shipping, solid pricing, responsive customer service, and reliable equipment availability. Never regret working with them. As an HVAC contractor, dependable suppliers matter — and these guys have been great to work with. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality mini split systems and accessories

The product I picked out and ordered came as described, in a timely manner and was placed nicely in my garage for me. The price couldn’t be beat for what I received and couldn’t be happier. Will be ordering from them again.

The directions with the unit were poor at best! I have called twice to get specific install instructions but was given vague answers! I need to know exactly where the unit is to be placed relative to the finished ceiling- but this seems to be a mystery.
