Purchased a heating element that will not work in the unit intended for and I have competed the online return form twice, sent two emails regarding this and still no response. Which means that my return window has closed and I have no idea how to return this and get my money back.

Ok hace 3 días o 4 qué veo mi compra ,esta a 30 minutos de mi casa y no se me a entregado ,creo voy a cancelar esa compra ,ya q no se cumplió con el envio,siendo q el rastreador me muestra esta en una zona muy cerca de mi casa

Queremos aclarar que toda la información de rastreo y los datos de contacto de la compañía de transporte ya fueron enviados previamente para que pudiera coordinar directamente la entrega de su pedido. Las entregas freight requieren que el cliente programe la cita final con la compañía transportista para asegurar que alguien esté disponible para recibir e inspeccionar la mercancía al momento de la entrega. Su pedido ya se encuentra cerca de su área de entrega y seguimos disponibles para ayudarle si necesita nuevamente la información del transportista. Gracias por su paciencia y comprensión.
I still don’t have my unit have called a couple of times and can’t seem to get a straight answer

Hello Matthew, I apologize for the frustration and lack of communication regarding your order. I was able to confirm through Saia’s tracking portal that your shipment was delivered on 4/20/26 between 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM
You guys never delivered the product. So tomorrow i'm going to call and cancel.

The delivery guy called me saying I needed to send people with truck to ge the equipment from him because he “wasn’t going to risk his truck going up the hill”. It’s not even a hill but maybe he should consider working on a different area because LA is all like that! He rejected the delivery and I don’t have the equipment yet. No one has called me to reschedule!
