It's really good. I've used it to transcribe some Mandarin audio, and it's solid. Not perfect, but solid enough that it can save you hours and money.

SONIX works. Took a few tries to get the gist of how the transcription worked best for me, and SONIX missed a few speaker IDs, but straightening those out forced me to think back on the interview and helped me to recall the dynamics, inflections, and moods that interviewer and subject experienced at the time. All of this contributed to the feel and color of the conversation I was looking for. Editing went fast too.

Let me thank you for your great product first of all! It has really made my life easier while I was struggling with the customer interview transcribing. I recently started my source of Product Management and now thinking to change my profession. For me everything is new and some tools are not very familiar with, but definitely not with your. I enjoyed it from the very first minutes. While it is still provide not the perfect text, but it still almost 95% of job done automatically with a good quality.
