Great tool, great service!

I found Sonix after a Google search for a secure transcription service. I really enjoyed the quick transcription that was mostly accurate and made my part/edits much less time consuming than it would have been. I also really loved and appreciated the audio recording following the text feature and the ability to manipulate the speed and edit right on the website. It was truly my ideal everything. Not sure if this is something that can be changed, but I didn't like that I couldn't remove or change the highlights once I exported the transcripts. Also, I think it would be helpful to have the option to put timestamps between speakers rather than within the text. But otherwise, everything was so wonderful. Other than these minor comments, there is nothing realistic that Sonix doesn't already provide. 10/10
