Fast transcriptions of online interviews (pretty good audio quality), even if some words were difficult to understand. The online editor and tools are helpful and the surface is super easy to work with and understand. The price is reasonable, cheaper than other services in that sector, sometimes they have special offers (for students, businesses). Until now I have no complaints, I used it for transcribing (bolivian) spanish interviews for my master thesis, I will see how it works for german soon. The customer service is fast and nice!
