Knowlegdable Technician, set up everything in a snap. Also very green, allowed us to keep our old sensors and add them to our new unit. They also removed our old comcast unit, which comcast was not willing to do if they installed a new system. They even can the day I called for the installation. This is an awesome company.

I have used several security companies for my residences and found this one to be the best value for money. The contract is a year longer than most but I don't mind as I'm not planning to sell in the near future. The technician was friendly and knowledgable. I would refer them to a neighbor without hesitation.

I spoke with Jared on the phone, and he was very helpful and walked me through the process. He even made special arrangements to have a tech come to my house that same night. Sean (Shaun?) was our Tech and he was great. He stayed for almost 3 hours, even though it was almost 9:00pm by the time he finished. He made sure everything was working properly, walked me through how to use it, and was very professional and friendly. Great experience, and I look forward to using our new alarm system. Thank you!
