My husband and I were very impressed with the service of Smith Monitoring company. Mr. Wes Williams was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us a very reasonable price and set the installation appointment very promptly. The installation tech Mr. Clinton Watson was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He had explained very well how our security system works. He installed our system smoothly and mess -free. I will highly recommend the Smith Monitoring to my neighbors, friends and co-workers.

Your installer, Pete, was friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. He explained my security options and offered more helpful information than I got in 11 years from my old company. He has been with Forward Home Security for years and will be the representative who will service my equipment in the future. That tells me the company treats him right and I'll have the peace of mind knowing the same employee will perform any maintenance that might be needed down the road. My neighbor was equally as impressed with the same installer and your company and purchased your monitoring services as well, which speaks volumes as we are both picky consumers. Finally, your office staff was quick to let me know what specials were offered and quickly set our appointments.

I just had a complete new installation done, and Smith Monitoring was great. Chip was my sales person and he explained the plan, contract, and how everything worked. Robert, the technician showed up on time and gave me a call on the way to my house. I didn't have anything pre-wired in the house, he had to start from scratch. He was professional, courteous, explained the system, made recommendations as to where customers usually place the motion sensor and the keypad. Two weeks after I installed it, my alarm went off and I got a call asking if they should dispatch the police. I knew my mother was coming over, so I told them no need, but I was happy to see the system and monitoring working! Very satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend them!
