The installer hardly spoke English and did not communicate well. No follow-up call to check on service or installation. The company contacted me at least 4 times to make sure I was not canceling the initial appointment. Not sure if the system works. Already had police come out because the movement monitor was too sensitive. Not sure how long I will stay with service.

It is being installed right now so I don't have any relevant feedback yet.

The tech was very polite and courteous, but had to contact his supervisor several times throughout the install. Some technologies did not work, like the fire alarms, for example. Would be best to have a full understanding of what will and will not work, prior to the technician coming onsite.

Donovan was a great technician to work with. He was professional and went out of his way to assist me. He even swept the floor after he was done completing the installment. I would recommend him to anyone.
