Fast payment and accurate estimate, there were many sketchy places online, I decided to go with smartphonesplus for my trade in, and I'm glad I did, the process was smooth and simple.

My goodness! I opted for the $5 to have the box and prepaid postage included and this was so incredibly easy. Set up the account and received the box within a few days and I sent it back and from the point they received it the money was in my account within a few days.

Its easy if you're lazy. Partial value for your tech but they take care of everything so not the worst deal in the world

I was worried after reading on Reddit about how a lot of online phone selling companies are “scams.” Some people mentioned SmartphonesPlus and it seemed to get good reviews so I sent them a cheap older phone to give it a try. I’m thrilled with the outcome. The process itself was so easy. As long as you’re honest about your phone and battery’s condition you should have no problem getting back their original quote. I printed out the pre-paid label that has a tracking number and the day after they received it, I got my money! I’m definitely going to use them again and will tell others about this company.
