Process was swift and fair. Much better deal than returning to Amazon. Claiming the gift card was a bit tedious but worked out OK

Shipping was easy & free. Received my payment promptly and easily.

Slow payment.

Tried to trade in my 2020 iPad Pro in pretty excellent condition (screen is perfect; everything works perfectly). The only negative was a very, very slight bend on the top of the iPad frame, but it had no impact on the screen or functionality. Should have gotten $130 minimum, but they only offered me $58. I got it back (thank goodness).

Easy transaction. Clear understandable process. Quick response-payment as stated prior to shipment. Shipping paid by buyer.

Service was fast, simple , and a fair price for old iPhone. Only thing that slowed down the entire transaction was I hesitated because I was worried about a scam, which it wasn’t, it was a very nice service took my old phone off my hands for an very fair price without allot of extra effort on my part

Easy to work with. Paid fast. Accurate quotes! 10/10 would recommend! 😉
