Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

I ordered a box of 2nd Cut Timothy Hay for my two precious bunnies, Woodstock and Mockingjay. I’ve had other brands that they really didn’t care for. I received my box and was blown away with the quality and freshness of the hay. It was green and soft and smelled good. I gave the bunnies some and they ate it up. It’s the only brand I will order. Their customer service was exceptional. I had an issue not related to them and they tried to rectify it. Order this hay, from this company and you will not be disappointed and your littles will thank you.

When my 10. Lbs of chicken feed arrived the box was torn, taped back together and 2 lbs lighter. I got on their website and had a chat with Becky. After sending her pictures and order # she is sending a new box & apologized for the UPS delivery. Then I received an email from the customer service apologizing for any inconvenience caused. Needless to say I have been very pleased with the company so far.

I have bunny that is a picky hay eater. She loves the small pet select timothy hay!!! I am very grateful small pet select offers such a high quality product! Thank you

Small pet select helped correct a shipment that went to an incorrect address an reshipped the product to my correct address - no charge. Excellent service!

The customer service is amazing and quick!

The customer service is outstanding! I had an issue with a product I received and within a couple of hours, my email was addressed and they are taking care of the issue. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a pet.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with the products, there's been an issue as a result of the delivery service (damaged packaging) and the customer service was responsive in replacing the product. When I talked to the employee I mentioned my boys (who the hay was for) and the person working with me on the issue went on to tell me (in a follow up email) to tell my boys not to worry, their new hay would be there soon! It's quality products, responsive customer service, and the little things that show their listening that highlights why I'd recommend them to anyone with small pets.

They truly are a company that cares about your pet or pets, and yourself. My order was placed and fulfilled within the same day! I had received it 2 days later. Such a fast turn around round. Open my big box I noticed my items were packed neatly, not just thrown in there. All items were received and in perfect condition! I cant wait to see how my little bun loves all his new stuff! I emailed back on one of their emails letting me know my delivery was heading my way and actually received a response back from a real human! They have blogs you can follow, and a link you can follow for any questions you may have. (If im not mistaken you can ask questions about products or advice on your animal) I believe they definitely earned a new subscriber.
