Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

Hay is always fresh and clean our bunny loves the second cutting best.

Hay, toys, and treats are always excellent in quality and shipping is always timely.

I want to commend Small Pet Select for outstanding customer service. The first order I placed for the Timothy cubes appeared to have been lost by USPS, and Small Pet Select quickly and cheerfully refunded it for me. I placed a second order which arrived with no problems. Today the first order finally arrived too, and I told customer service it was fine to re-charge me for it, but they let me keep the refund. The Timothy hay cubes are a bit smaller than I expected but appear and smell very fresh, and my guinea pig likes them.

This is the one company that we trust to always have our piggies' best interest at heart. We know that anything we order for them is safe and of the highest quality. Their customer service is second to none. And, most importantly, our piggies love it!

The box was beat up pretty bad when I received it and it was faded all over which made me question how old this box of hay actually is. I ordered your product from another vendor last time and it was in perfect condition. You would think ordering from the supplier directly it would be even better quality. I’m disappointed.

I am so happy I chose Small Pet Select for my bunny and guinea pig. I have a large box of hay on auto ship and every couple of boxes they surprise me with an extra treat or toy! Once they gave me the whole set of herb and flower blends! I am absolutely amazed with this company!

I’ve ordered your Timothy hay several times now, but I’m concerned about the lack of consistent quality. While the top layer is usually fresh and green, the quality drops significantly as I work through the bag. The middle layer is often burnt/brown, and the bottom layer is consistently dusty and brittle. Since hay is a staple for my rabbit’s health, I was hoping for more uniform quality throughout the entire package.

I absolutely love ou customer service, prompt, courteous, and the small animal products are some of the best ever!! I’ve been a customer for about 9 years, and love everything about Small Pet Select!!
