The staff was efficient, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my care. I have had to discontinue my treatment as I was discussed with another my pressing medical issue. If I am able to restart, I would certainly use Skinny Rx again. Thank you Lester made the process of cancelling my subscription and getting a refund uncomplicated. He was helpful and emphatic.

Okay, I’m in love with Phil Ligan, my customer service guy. I don’t care if he is young enough to be my grandson. He laughs at my jokes and is so responsive. There’s a smile in his voice the whole time. He fixed my self-made issue quickly. Hated to say goodbye. Happy Christmas Phil.🎄🎄
