Great kegerator for a fantastic price!

Great Merchandise. Kendra is great to work with !!

After working with all the other representatives for Beverage Air, this was a real pleasure. I tried to order from the local rep and then from one of the big online stores. Complete failure even after they accepted my order and credit card and then cancelled. I contacted Beverage Air directly and they pointed me towards Shortorder. One call to them and working with Kendra, my order was placed and on its way. There was one small issue in shipping, but all it took was 1 phone call and resolved, no issues. I would definitely do this all over again. This was a great experience.

I ordered a Beverage Air bar back BB72Y-1-B refrigerator. I assumed based on the picture on shortorder's website that it came with a countertop. It did not. Company accepted a return with full refund. Good people. Would do business again.

Most recent purchase I received the wrong product -- cannot get ahold of any customer service department/rep. After spending thousands in equipment orders, I will not purchase from them again.
