I ordered a Beverage Air bar back BB72Y-1-B refrigerator. I assumed based on the picture on shortorder's website that it came with a countertop. It did not. Company accepted a return with full refund. Good people. Would do business again.

I am disappointed that I was sent the wrong char broiler! Yes it can be converted ,however, we should not have to spend time on this or extra money. I will call on Monday(5-16-16).

Hi Rebecca, I am so sorry to hear you received the wrong gas type. I have contacted APW to get a solution for you, so that this is corrected. I will call you this morning as well. Thank you, Kendra
Product was priced right, communication was good. Product arrived on time and in good shape. I would most definitely do business with them again.

Hi Steve, Thanks for the awesome feedback! We look forward to doing business with you again soon! Have a great day, Jim Collier President ShortOrder.com
The first order was a mistake in the size but the return effort was a bit of a stretch excessive restocking charge. The replacement order was of exceptional quality and the creation of a new cooking experience.

Hi Rory, Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of control over manufacturer imposed restocking fees. I will pass your feelings along to the manufacturer and let them know how their customers feel about their restocking fees. I'm glad you got the right product for your kitchen and hope you'll consider shopping at ShortOrder again soon. Thanks, Jim Collier President ShortOrder.com
