Item arrived broken/cracked in many places (packaging was fine, not likely shipping damage). Emailed twice, no response after 8 days. Called, went to voicemail (mailbox full). Filed a complaint with paypal for a refund.

Took payment but parts not even in stock. Had to call in to confirm that they were ordered. A couple weeks out and they still have the money and no parts. A complete joke of a company. Why list parts needed by customers when you dont have them? And take the money to boot!

I ordered the item online. I had trouble finding it anywhere. Soon after I ordered it I was told it was not in stock but they would order it and let me know when it shipped. I truly did not believe I would get the item. I expected to be told it was discontinued or something. Also, I figured since they had to order it that it was probably going to be more expensive and I'd get a message that the price went up. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got the message that they were sending it. I received it and it's exactly what I wanted.
