Hello! Shopper Approved is a little different in that we do not collect passive reviews for websites. When a company signs up to collect reviews with Shopper Approved, we collect reviews each time one of their customer's makes a purchase with them. This confirms that the reviews we are collecting come from real customers of our clients. As a customer of this company, when initially checking out, you should have had the option to receive a full survey email after your purchase. If for some reason you can't find the full survey email, please email our support staff at [email protected] and they would be happy to send you one. Please reach out if you have any questions. Thanks! -Shopper Approved Support

Hey Sally! I just looked into your inquiry, and I've found your review in our system as a 1-star review. The review is currently locked as carcovers.com has reached out to try to resolve your issue. You can check your email to confirm that they have reached out. The review will remain locked until July 28th, and then will be made public. We offer this service to our clients to try to resolve negative reviews before they go public. Whether your review changes or not, it will be made available on the 28th of next month. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any other questions! Thanks! -Shopper Approved Team

Hey Bill! Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry that you're having issues reaching Etrailer.com. I can assure you though that the reviews we have collected for them are legitimate though. If you look at their certificate with us at https://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/etrailer.com/, you'll see that they have reviews with star-ratings 1-5. We collect reviews for Etrailer.com by allowing them to send an email after a consumer has made a purchase on their website. This ensures that we are only collecting reviews from people who have a proven experience with the company, instead of allowing anybody to leave a review on their company profile. As for finding your specific review, that may be more difficult simply because Etrailer.com has collected over 200,000 reviews with us. We would be happy to confirm that your review has been posted though! You can reach out to us at [email protected] or respond to this and provide your email and we can make sure your review was posted without any issues. If you did not receive an email to leave a review through Shopper Approved with Etrailer.com, you can reach out to us about that as well. Some follow-up emails are delayed for a few weeks to make sure a consumer has received their product and had a chance to form an opinion about it, but we want to make sure you get the chance to leave your feedback through us. Again, you can respond here with your email address and order number or reach out to [email protected]. Thanks! -Shopper Approved Team

Hello! Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with one of our clients. As an active review collection service, we can only collect reviews for our clients from customers after they've made a purchase, so we are certainly not in business to serve "shady" companies. We appreciate you reaching out to us, and hope that we're able to help. If you are having an issue with one of our clients and haven't been able to reach them, we'd be happy to help put you in contact with someone from the company to get your problem resolved. You can respond here or reach out to [email protected] with your order information, and we'll help you contact someone at Maple Leaf Photo. Thanks! -Shopper Approved Team

Hey MojoJoJo! We want to do our best to help you out. To know which review is the one you submitted, we're going to need more information. You can reach out to us at [email protected] or send me your name, email address, and date you left the review here and I can pass that information to our support team. Thanks! -Shopper Approved Team

Hi Jake, Sorry about that. We do have an option that allows our clients to invite their customers to leave a review on other review sites, but it's not supposed to allow them to do it via the delivery confirmation email that you received. Thank you for bringing that issue to our attention. We will get it resolved right away. Sincerely, ~Shopper Approved Team

Hi Alexander, I checked for you and Overnight Prints currently has their full survey scheduled to be sent 30 days after an order is made. Every single client that orders from Overnight Prints has the opportunity to leave both an initial review and a full review. We actually send the emails for our clients, that way we make sure that everyone has the same opportunity to rate and review every company. Please watch for a full survey email at the 30 day mark, and you will be able to leave a full review at that point. I hope that helps. Best Regards, -Shopper Approved Team
