Hi Marcela, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your purchase. If you received a counterfeit or misrepresented product, I completely understand why you'd want to warn other shoppers. I did want to clarify one important point about Shopper Approved. We absolutely allow negative reviews. In fact, our entire purpose is to give verified customers an opportunity to share their honest experiences—good or bad. Review invitations are sent by Shopper Approved after a verified purchase and delivery, not by the merchant, specifically to help prevent the review process from being manipulated. If you purchased from onlyskincare.com, you should receive an email from Shopper Approved with the subject "Delivery Response Requested." That email contains your review invitation. If you can't find it, you can also visit Shopper Approved and click "Write a Review" in the upper-right corner. As long as your purchase can be verified, we want to hear your experience. Our platform is intentionally different from open review sites. We require reviews to come from verified customers because we believe shoppers benefit most from feedback provided by people who actually purchased from the business. That process doesn't determine whether a review is positive or negative—it simply verifies that the reviewer is a real customer. If you truly had the experience you described, then you deserve the opportunity to share it. We don't edit or influence customer opinions; our role is to ensure verified customers have a trusted place to tell the truth about their experience. If you're having trouble locating your review invitation or submitting your review, please contact our team at [email protected]. We'll be happy to investigate and help make sure you're able to leave your feedback. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, Scott Brandley CEO, Shopper Approved

Hi Jeff, Thanks for reaching out. The ticket industry operates largely on a secondary marketplace made up of many independent sellers. These providers often rely heavily on paid advertising, which is why additional fees are commonly added to ticket prices. While it’s not ideal, it’s a standard part of how the industry functions. Regarding reviews—if you made a purchase, the review request will come from us, not the ticket seller. That’s because we independently send surveys to verified customers to ensure reviews are authentic. The ticket company does not control who receives a review request. This is intentional, and it’s what separates verified review platforms like ours from open platforms where anyone can leave feedback. If your order was canceled or a chargeback was issued, whether you receive a review request depends on whether that cancellation is reported to our system. In most cases, customers who completed a purchase will receive a survey email—typically labeled “delivery confirmation.” If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help. Best regards, Scott Brandley CEO, Shopper Approved

Hi Howard, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If you made a purchase from one of our clients, you should have received an email survey. These are sent automatically by us (not by the merchant) to ensure every customer has an equal opportunity to leave a review. If you didn’t receive the survey for any reason, you have two options... Option 1 - We have a "Write a Review" link on the top right corner of our home page for rare circumstances like this. Option 2, you can reach out to [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you. Thanks again for reaching out. Best Regards, Scott Brandley CEO, Shopper Approved

Hi Sean, Thanks for your reply. I can assure you—we definitely do not protect our clients from bad reviews. Believe me, if that were the case, there are many heated conversations over the years that definitely could have been avoided. The fact that we don't protect our clients is what makes our service valuable - even to them. If we did protect them, we would lose all trust and integrity and our service wouldn't have any value. Depending on how the client has their reviews configured, you may still receive the full survey - it's usually set to go out a certain number of days after the initial order. If not, you can always request one by clicking the “Write a Review” link at the top of our homepage, or by reaching out to our support team at [email protected]. Also, if you did have a bad experience with one of our clients, maybe there's something we can do to help, even if it's trying to figure out what happened with your order. If we can help you resolve your concern, not only will it bring you peace of mind, but hopefully help the company you purchased from to be more aware of any issues so they can improve them. Best regards, Scott Brandley CEO Shopper Approved

Hi Wayne, Thanks for reaching out about this. We try to do everything we can to be upfront with the features and tools included in our plans, but we can always do better. If there's be any confusion about Q&A being a separate cost, I sincerely apologize. Our Q&A tool is a strategic collaboration with Answerbase, which makes it amazing because they've built one of the best Q&A engines on the planet, but there is an additional cost. I'm sure we can try to work something out here. Feel free to email me directly at scott @ shopperapproved.com and I'm happy to talk. Best Regards, Scott Brandley CEO, Shopper Approved

Hi Lee, Thank you for sharing your feedback—we really appreciate it, especially if something didn’t work the way it should. It’s unusual for a review link not to work. The most common reason is if a review has already been submitted and then the same link is used again. That’s because we have a built-in safeguard to prevent duplicate reviews. Please rest assured—we never block reviews from being published, regardless of the rating or the experience. Transparency is something we pride ourselves on. If you’re still having any trouble, our friendly support team is happy to help. Just email [email protected] with your name and the company you purchased from, and we’ll get it sorted out quickly. Sincerely, Scott Brandley CEO, Shopper Approved
