I'm happy with TrustPilot and enjoy using their Shopper Approved platform for our online wine store. We wanted a good system that did the basics of requesting reviews easily and automatically, and they have been great. Every time we have a question, it's easy to speak with the support team and they help answer my questions.

I've used Shopper Approved for many years on my eCommerce site. I have a very large catalog and value the flexibility they offer in showing company reviews when a specific product review isn't yet available. Their interface is easy to use and their customer support is excellent. Many different widget and star options are available to integrate into different parts of the website, so I have a general carousel of recent reviews on my home page as well as product reviews on the product pages. It's a great product.

The whole onboarding process with Shopper Approved went very smooth. The team including Marcus and Colton were extremely helpful and I could tell they cared about the success of our partnership and the positive affect their tools could have on my business. I would highly recommend them over other review channels.
