This online boutique is my absolute favorite! They always have just what I am looking for at great prices! They have lightening fast shipping. And their customer service is impeccable! I shop here frequently and will continue doing so! I love these ladies and their lovely boutique!

I bought a summer dress, it looked very pretty on the website however the fabric is too thin and unfortunately Im not even going to be able to wear it since is already torn. The price wasn't too bad but the quality of the dress is too bad. I won't recommend to but on this website unless you have enough money to pay for something you might wear once.

I generally tend to be very skeptical about ordering boots online. However, I gave it a shot and was I ever PLEASED. They are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had. Big thumbs up 👍🏼

I’ve been ordering from this company since I was in college, I’m not 28, and I absolutely love everything about them. From their great quality clothes to their amazing customer service I would recommend this shop to anyone. I’ve multiple times asked for sizing clarification based on my body type and they’ve always responded promptly. Additionally during COVID I recently didn’t receive a package, it still says “in transit” from USPS. While this is a problem of the postal service and not boutique itself without question they sent me new items. Thanks for everything you do!

I bought a few shirts from impressions a few years ago, and returned maybe 2/5. I liked the other ones I kept, and they fit well. I decided to update my wardrobe and bought 6 shirts. I used the sizing info, and read about the models size, as I'm sometimes a S and sometimes a M. I received m shirts quickly, and will be returning 3 or 4. The sizing is completely off. I purchased a small in a shirt that stated it ran large, and the small was for a bust 38 inches. No way. I love the shirt, but WAY too small. I also received a shirt that was so incredibly wrinkled in the package I can't even determine if it's cute or not. It's like it was wadded up in a ball and vacuum sealed. 3 or so of the items fit well and are cute, so I will be keeping.....but I'm not sure I'll shop here again

Lindsey, We are sorry that we fell short of your expectations. Accurately portraying sizing information is something we always are looking to improve upon and, admittedly, something we do not always get 'right'. We hope to have an opportunity to earn your business in the future. Sincerely, Impressions Online Boutique

I have been shopping with this boutique for a few years now and have never been disappointed! From the customer service to the quality of the pieces I’ve ordered, impressions boutique truly sets the bar high! Their customer service team is always so quick to respond and help me with any issue I have, such as changing my shipping address or cancelling an order for me when I selected the wrong payment method. I cannot recommend Impressions enough!!!
