I used Shipped’s app to request assistance to track my delayed parcel. They emailed me the next day and followed up with locating the parcel. The following day, upon its delivery when I wasn’t at home, they emailed me again to inform me of its delivery, with photos of its drop off spot and confirmed it was sent to my condo. Excellent and efficient service.

Delivery took way longer than expected

I received a shipment of two lamps, and one lamp was broken. They gave me no delay in refunding my entire purchase.
