Great service. No issues.
After checking with multiple auto transport businesses, I chose Karma Auto Transport after talking with Bobby & also reading many of the reviews. I was very nervous because I knew I had to be on the other end to receive the car since I didn't have anyone on that end to help & I had read many reviews that said the drivers arrived at the destination a few days before the estimate. Bobby answered all of my questions & reassured me that everything was in place. And it was! The driver contacted me to give me a pickup time & kept in touch as he neared pickup. I was able to "watch" my car travel cross country because I put a tracking device in the truck. The driver called me again the day before he was going to get to me with an estimated drop off time for the next day. And then he called the next day when he was 2 hours away from dropping off. It was a full 2 days ahead of the original estimate so I'm glad I had been prepared. The entire process went so smoothly & Bobby was very responsive to all of my "nervous Nellie" questions. I paid extra up front to load up my car with extra baggage & it was well worth the price. I will definitely recommend Karma Auto Transport to others if they need to ship a car.
