Ordered purple rose basket. Left at door and took a picture. NO ROSES!!! How can you call it a purple rose basket if there are no purple roses in it! Could have picked up roses from the supermarket! Totally ruined my gift. Wish I had checked the bad reviews first. WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

I received the saddest collection of flowers for Mother’s Day. There’s one dead flower and a collection of tired carnations. There’s a box of “chocolates” that are smashed and have an expiration date of August of last year.

Flower never showed up. Ordered one week before Mother's Day and flower never came and they want to deliver us after Mother's Day. What a joke.!

I would have been better off giving my 18yr son $70.00 to buy and deliver a bouquet of flowers for mother in law. Im out in the road bringing our daughter home from college, a 1600mi road trip, and won't be home on Sunday to celebrate the day with mom. Trusted and was sorely disappointed. Better off to arrange with a local florist or just wait til you can buy and deliver the gift yourself. We ordered a deluxe arrangement ( 3 sizes, we picked the middle one), with a balloon. Got a small arrangement and no balloon and a partial refund. Not happy 😒

Order flowers for my girlfriend for Mother's Day and she definitely didn't get what I expected. They looked nothing like the picture at all. The roses had dark tips in areas and ine was even broken and hanging from its stem. The vase, though not bad, definitely wasn't what was shown and the flowers over all didn't come or look like the flowers in the picture presented. Never again!

I ordered daisies and they sent roses without notifying me that they were substituting the flowers. I do not like roses. I would have been happier with carnations. To make matters worse, they only offered a 30% refund, rather than a full refund, and did not offer to resend the correct item.

Flowers received : Not even close to the amount ordered. Looked like a pile was thrown down and wrapped tightly together. All the same length and smashed. When opened they were bent and crumpled. the advertised picture for the premium Bouquet was a Huge assortment of 9-10 different colors of beautiful flowers. what was received was maybe 5 different colors and 12 flowers of a few types.

I had used SendFlowers.com several times and was pleased with the deliveries. However, last Friday was a different story! I had ordered a vase of flowers, an iris and tulip bouquet, and what was sent was a box with a few unopened iris and tulips that still haven't opened up 5 days later! The vase was separate from the flowers, so assembly was required! I contacted customer service and the best offer I got was for a 30% refund. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, but that was the final offer! I won't be using this company again!
