Send FlowersReviews of sendflowers.com

Don't use this company. The arrangement I ordered pictured lavender roses and a few other purple flowers since that is the favorite color of recipient. The arrangement that was received was nothing like the flower arrangement that I ordered. The basket handle looked nothing like the basket handle that was pictured. They replaced all but one of the lavender roses and other purple flowers with pink lilies which are toxic to pets. There were a few other flowers but nothing like what was pictured in original order. Not happy with purchase!

If I could give negative stars I would. Don't buy from this place they are offshore!! They cannot meet the delivery obligation. Plus they charge an outrageous amount of money for deliver. There is no way to leave any special delivery instructions like they are delivering to a school that closes at 4:30pm so when they show up at 5 minutes before 5 there will be no one there to to accept the delivery. My order was placed on Sunday the 26th with a delivery expectation of Monday the 27th not going to happen. It won be delivered until Tuesday the 28th. There goes 1 day of freshness, I will never order from this place again.

If I could 0 stars I would. 9-5 arrival window and no guarantee on getting there before 3pm? Wish I knew how trash this service was before I did it. Never use this service. Literally ruins the point of delivering flowers.

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandson. It was supposed to be 4 mylars and 5 regular balloons and a medium teddy bear… and all he got was 3 mylars and a note. I spent 88 dollars. I could’ve went to dollar tree and spent 5 dollars on what they delivered. Absolutely horrible.. don’t use them!!

If I could I’d put no stars.l ordered flowers for a new baby born in hospital. I did not get the flowers promised. A disgusting bunch of what looked like old left over flowers were delivered. It was embarrassing. When I complained I was offered $30 partial refund on the phone. Then I got two emails saying I would receive $8and change and then $5 and change. I will never do business with this company again.

Great the lovely 12 roses flowers arrived at correct address in Japan about 2 days after I ordered it from Perth Australia. Thanks for delivering, great appreciated!

Do NOT use SendFlowers.com! I ordered flowers for same-day delivery (and paid extra for it!) for a birthday. I received an email from SendFlowers within 1/2 hour that they would not be able to be delivered that day (even though there were still 5 or 6 business hours left in the day) and that delivery was rescheduled for the next day. Then the next day, I received an email that they could not find a florist to deliver in that area - even though there are 3 florists within 5 miles of the delivery address and about 20 florists within 15 miles! So I had to place an order with one of the local florists which are to be delivered the next day - now 2 days late for the birthday. SendFlowers = poor delivery, poor communication, poor attempt to even find a local florist = NOT DEPENDABLE!!!

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a measly bunch were delivered. The recipient sent me a picture and I was not happy. I'll never use this company again.
