My husband ask me to pick out some flowers for my birthday and he would send them to me, and I did, however when I got them they look nothing like the picture on the site, the flowers were half dead, the roses on the pic was the size of the blooming lillies, when I got them they has baby rose so small and the flower at the bottom was replaced with baby's breath flower and they had the nerve to refund me $12 for the mishap. no will never use this site again...they ruin special moment people can't get back, so sad and no one wants to take accountability for anything. YUK.!!

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday with delivery scheduled for October 9. They never arrived, and SendFlowers.com did not contact me to let me know there was a problem. On October 13, after confirming with my daughter that she still hadn’t received them, I called customer service. They told me there was a delay and an issue with the address. After going back and forth, they agreed to give me a 30% credit. The flowers finally arrived on October 14, five days late, and my daughter said they were delivered upside down in the vase. Missing a birthday delivery is bad enough. Not communicating the problem and then delivering the arrangement in that condition made the experience even worse. Very disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from SendFlowers.com again; the 30% credit is essentially useless.

I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday for same day delivery. The attempted delivery wasn't until 6pm!! So they weren't delivered until the next day. I did get a $4 refund for that inconvenience. Then, the flowers look awful!! I could have bought better looking flowers from the grocery store for less money and delivered them myself. Highly disappointed in the service/product rendered. Based off my experience, I will not order with you guys ever again, nor do I recommend your company.

Horrible service ordered a dozen long stem roses. What my girl received? 4 roses... some red baby flowers and a ton of babes breath. Did they think I wouldn't see it or she would send a Pic? Looked NOTHING like what i ordered or paid for it spent 80 they sent 5 bucks worth. Kept going back and forth if u want us to redeliver answer this email, if u want 16 dollars refunded answer this email. I was like I want ALL my money back or send exactly what is pictured or I'll sue u for fraud.

Absolute worst online florist possible. I ordered flowers on Tuesday. I received an email at 1 AM on Wednesday saying the order had been flagged and I needed to call. I called Wednesday morning. They claimed it was flagged because I signed the note to my wife "Andrew," my middle name, and not the first name on my payment method. After 20 minutes verifying my payment details with a person whose English was inadequate for the job (I'm an EL teacher btw), I was told it didn't matter because they had sent the email "yesterday" (not true) and I had been too slow to respond. I was told to order again. I did so. The payment went through and I received no phone call or email. When the flowers had not arrived as scheduled the following Friday, I went to my account where the order appeared with no notifications at all. I went to the tracking page after logging out and did guest tracking with the order number and email. There the order showed as cancelled. I called and spoke to a representative who was clearly script-bound and entirely unhelpful. I till have no refund, and no flowers. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!.

I will NEVER again order anything from this establishment. I was double charged for 1 of 2 orders I made and the first order was LATE! The supervisor Joy also canceled my order made online for no reason to theb turn around (when I call in to complain) to re-order again therefore asked me for all my information AGAIN and still didn't get my order delivered in time! Why was my order canceled? Makes no sense....I will NEVER soend money here again. Spent money on 2 orders and they charges me for 3 orders.

This company is the worst and is a scam. Don't use them.

Horrible, arrangement looks Nothing like what I paid for and I just now complained. If it is not replaced with what I paid for , I will challange with my credit card company. Arrangement is half the size and does NOT have a single type of flower that I picked out in it...
