Massive Scam!
Massive Scam! Just was on the phone, he said it was $5,000 for a warranty... he told me to go to the Services Agreement link on their website... which is a vague agreement, then kept pushing for my credit card information. Why would anyone pay without seeing the contract or what it entails? At least my name, vin associated? The rep kept saying he cant put anything in writing because its a very good deal... HUGE SCAM! avoid at all costs.

We're sorry to hear that. Our representatives are here to help you. Being in this industry, we witness first-hand how many people are burdened by costly repairs. We apologize for any miscommunication; the representative was merely attempting to convey to you the importance of obtaining coverage as soon as possible. Having said that, we would hate for your car to break down before you can obtain a policy with us. Once again, we apologize for any misunderstanding and invite you to give us a call back at your convenience.
