I can't honestly give an opinion until I've had to use the plan. What I will say is the first offer that was given to me was, in my opinion, high. The second offer from a different salesperson was $150 lower. I went back to the first salesperson and stated if I could get it for $50 lower then I'd go with that salesman which is what I did. As far as cost I'm very happy! Can't comment on service until I've had to have my car serviced, if ever.

I was advised that I would receive a confirmation & copy of the contract a contract that Has already cleared my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation or contact copy I've checked everyday to include spam yet there's still no copy of my contract I expect to hear back from you on this matter I hope this isn't a sign of how you conduct business

I like your plans and the pricing is fair. However, it would be better if prospective buyers could access the information online and without having to text back and forth with a salesperson and not really see any documentation regarding coverage until AFTER you buy.

Call centers? It seemed pushy. I told them that the movers were there that I had to go. They didn’t want to let me do what I had to do. Made me very nervous.

When I called back after purchasing the service, the customer service after the sale was not the same prior to the sale. I did not speak with the same person, but I wanted your company to be aware of this
