Just as I should’ve suspected, you buy a warranty to cover your vehicle and when something breaks, they deny your claim surprise surprise not surprised! Do yourself a favor don’t bother buying these warranties because all they’ll do is create heartache in your life. I paid just about $5000 for a warranty that was supposed to cover me for five years and when my transmission went apparently there were three bullet points that they pulled out but they had no problem taking $2000 for a year of coverage and then they don’t cover anything. I ended up paying out of my pocket for everything. Thanks Nova!!👍

Joe was excellent with the service he provided. He was very detailed oriented with all the information regarding the warranty. He answered all the questions and took his time.

My representative Kevin(even though I don’t know him personally) appeared, in my humble opinion to be honest, sincere and to the point. I talked with three #Warranty companies and he’s the only one that told me he was my direct contact, gave me his phone number and his email and he either answered or responded in a timely manner, which was important because the other companies were just a cattle call. I hope I don’t need to use the warranty for my truck, but if I do, I feel confident everything will be fine. Thank you, nova and thank you, Kevin.

There was no pressure to purchase, Joe was knowledgeable about nova warranty coverage, for a monthly and unlimited mileage,I can use my dealer for any repairs.

The Nova company is Fantastic !!! Prices are fair and when you speak to a rep. about getting protection for your car, they speak clearly and friendly, no high pressure. I spoke with a gentleman named Kevin Parker, he made getting my second car a breeze to add to my plan. Not much more I can say, they're just great to work with.
