Kevin was very thorough and explained everything very well. He made the process of buying an extended warranty for my car very easy and stress free. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Nova Auto Warranty My 2018 Acadia transmission shift module needs to be replaced. Cost $1,169. Which causes me to ask: why did I spend $3,600 on a Nova Auto Warranty.

Brooke was absolutely exceptional to work with. From the beginning, she went above and beyond to help me understand the warranty options and make the right decision. She took the time to compare different plans in detail, explain the differences clearly, answer every question I had, and follow up consistently throughout the process. What impressed me most was how much effort she put into building confidence in the product rather than simply trying to make a sale. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She even worked with me on pricing and made sure I understood how the claims process, coverage, and exclusions worked before I committed. That level of service is rare, especially when dealing with something as important and potentially complicated as an extended warranty on an exotic car. Brooke made the entire process much easier and gave me a lot more confidence in my decision. I would highly recommend working with Brooke. She is professional, thorough, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond for her customers.

My Experience With Nova Warranty — Think Twice Before Buying I encourage anyone considering Nova Warranty to research the company and carefully review the warranty terms before purchasing coverage. My experience was frustrating, and it caused me to question whether the coverage would provide the protection I expected. I purchased the warranty because I believed it would help protect me from significant, unexpected vehicle repair costs. When I needed to use the warranty, I was dissatisfied with the assistance I received and with how the claim process unfolded. My experience involved a mechanical problem with the vehicle’s transfer case. I paid $250 out of pocket for diagnostic work to determine what was wrong. As of my experience, I was not reimbursed for that expense. What I found most frustrating was the communication during the claim process. I received explanations that I understood differently at different points, and I felt I had to repeatedly request clarification about what was covered. These are my impressions of the process and do not represent a conclusion about the company’s intent. A warranty should provide clear information about the claims process, required documentation, coverage limits, and reimbursement requirements. In my case, I did not feel that the process was sufficiently clear or that the support I received matched my expectations. I cannot speak for every Nova Warranty customer, but I can describe my own experience. I paid for coverage, encountered a transfer-case issue, paid $250 for diagnostic work, and was not reimbursed for that expense based on the outcome of my claim. The experience reduced my confidence in the company. Consumers considering coverage may want to review the contract carefully, including exclusions, limitations, diagnostic requirements, reimbursement provisions, and claim conditions. It may also be helpful to request important explanations in writing and confirm how the company handles major mechanical failures. My car has NEVER BEEN REPAIRED!! They offered me a refund to go away! They are scam artists!!

Brooke Wilson, was courteous and prompt in returning my phone call. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and emailed me the requested information for my husband to review. She's definitely an asset for your company!

The things they cover are minimal. When you need them most, you won’t get anything covered. Then if you write a poor review of them online, they call you and harass you into deleting it and bribe you with a $500 check.

My experience with Brooke Wilson was superb. All the information she had for me was concise, clear, and easy to understand. She explained everything is such detail that there was no room for misunderstanding. Pleasant to deal with all the way around. I'm glad to have a warranty, but I'm twice as happy to have someone that I know will understand me as well.
