Very knowledgeable staff. I can feel better about any issues I might have with my car. Nice that they had Military Discount I was contacted by two different agents and was a bit confused about who to reply to but it worked out well.

It was fine. I was not told that I had to put 750 miles and that might take me a couple years as I don't drive much any more. Maybe 20 mi a week.

I signed up with Select Auto Protect, because my dealer was really screwing around. Well, the Sales Manager at the dealer just called and gave me the same price as SAP so decided to go with them. I expected a hard sell when I called to cancel, waited about 30Secs to speak to Cust Service. Easy Peasy, Will definitely go back when Car #2 needs an extension

Partially my fault but don't like talking on the phone about this kind of stuff. Manage to get this purchased for my electric truck just through email and text, hoping product works the way I want it to.

Very fair price and did not balk at the discount advertisement I found online. Took repeated emails to connect as I was trying to avoid 'sales calls'. Was not made aware of the 1,000 mile or 30-day waiting period, and though it certainly is a fair requirement, it was a surprise when the contract showed up.

I was told on the phone during the sale everything is covered except wear and tear items. You don’t get the contract until you buy it and you do have 30 days to get your money back. Once I read the contract I saw the items that were excluded and it was more than normal wear and tear items. For the price after shopping multiple extended warranty companies I decided to keep this one and risk the items that were excluded. Just be sure to read the contract on any extended warranty.

Salesperson , Mr. Eric Russo, was friendly, polite. He explained everything up front and got me signed up quickly. Very good experience. I would recommend Select Auto Protect to my friends and family!!!!
