Great service, communication, and product!

I’ve had a great experience from the time I ordered to delivery. Even had an issue with one of the heaters and they worked with me to determine I plugged in one of the wires incorrectly. Outstanding communications and follow through. Would highly recommend Nordica Sauna

The sauna we got is incredible and exactly as described. The ordering and shipping process was great and we were informed every step of the way. I can’t recommend Nautica spa enough, they definitely exceeded our expectations!

Shipping was quick and smooth. Driver drove the pallet up my driveway and placed it where we wanted it. Installation was hard but straightforward, and we are happy to have upgraded the heater. Definitely recommend this seller - we had a great experience and are really happy with our new sauna!

Not very happy with the delivery process. The delivery driver was great but the process was aweful getting to the point where i almost had to cancel my order it was so exhausting

I love my sauna, and the delivery and set up was very easy and the service was very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from the company and from the product itself. I have a two person sauna and my wife and I are loving it.
