Delivery was smooth and the associate was super friendly and helpful!

You worked with me on the delivery date and that was perfect. The product was everything advertised and is working great. The directions for installation included were limited in details and there was some guessing but it all turned out good in the end.

Only made a purchase so far, so I can't comment on anything but that experience yet. I reached out with some questions and Charlie helped me with them and a custom quote. Smooth and easy buying process.

Delivery driver was very accommodating. Tracking info was accurate. Sauna came packaged up well with No damage

Super happy with the sauna quality and customer service. My sauna construction was not as easy as I’d hoped, but Nordica’s customer service was far more helpful and engaging than most others I’ve ever dealt with. Every question I had was answered promptly and completely, even involving the manufacturers when necessary. Inventory was an issue from the beginning and they helped address. Lighting was an issue and they addressed. Getting the heater to work was an issue, and I assumed after doing my own trouble-shooting that I had faulty equipment, but having them help along the way avoided having to replace it that just needed some further explanation.

Charlie and Craig were absolutely amazing. Were able to work through pricing and timelines with me and their customer service and price ultimately led me to purchase. Would highly recommend.
