My Inside Sales Rep has been able to help me with ordering items that are limited due to COVID. As a small compounding pharmacy, I don't order tons of stock, unlike a hospital or larger clinic. My rep has been able to provide me with items that I probably only order every 3-4 months. This has been a great help as he is keeping us garbed to continue our work.

Nicole, We are glad your Inside Sales Rep has made this Pandemic a bit easier for you. As you know, inventory can be an issue, but we always try to provide solutions that meet our customer's needs. Thank you for your quality review!
I’ve shopped with RSHughes one time to buy a six pack of 3M packing tape. The listing was misleading, as it shows a six-pack and lists as “six rolls per package.” I got one roll for way more than I could have gotten three rolls of the same at the nearby big box store. I reached out to them via phone, hoping for some reasonable recourse, but they emailed back having determined that it was my fault for not reading more closely. Ironically, I read it multiple times to be sure I was getting the six pack; it’s just not clear. That was my first and last order from rshughes.com. Shipping time was as would be expected.
