Rover makes it easy to locate a quality pet sitter for reasonable prices. I was able to find exactly what I needed with minimal effort. The app is very user friendly and allows you to communicate directly with the sitter without any privacy concerns.

Our dog, Fish, suffers from separation anxiety and this was the first time we left her to go on vacation. Our house/pet sitter, Baylee, helped Fish stay calm, relaxed, and happy. She sent pictures which helped us to feel comfortable leaving her in the future to go on vacations. Highly recommend Baylee and Rover if you need someone to care for your pet.

Sitter came for meet and greet, but seemed to be in a hurry to leave, but because of limited sitters in my area i decided to use him. I explained to him that he didn't need to send me pictures ,just message me and let me know hoe it was going. After not hearing from him the first day I messaged him to see how it was going. He replied about 4 hrs later. I had to do the same thing every day for the rest of his stay. When I came home,I came home to an empty dog food bowl, three piles of poop on the rugs,my vacuum had some dark fluid sludge in it. Also my wet\dry vac pad was disgusting and stuck to the vacuum. I've used rover many times, but this was the most disappointing.

In general the experience was good but in the beginning I was getting conflictive info on payments. It was a little confusing to know when to pay and how to go about it. My main issue though was I could not get in touch with my pet carer because Rover did not support communication in the (international) country I was visiting. Thankfully I did have my carer’s private number so I was in touch with her directly. It was frustrating to see the app does not support everywhere. I should have been warned before hand.

Such a great service with amazing pet caretakers. They really save the day on my short-notice travels and ensure that my pets are in loving care.

Kenneth was very accommodating about my walk. It was an unconventional walk with a mildy flexible time frame which required a bit of a shift in my time frame. Kenneth was wonderful about the whole thing. He gave me peace of mind that my fur babies were safe and loved on a hot day so that I could enjoy time with my grand children. If I lived locally he would be my definite go to. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.
