Brittany took fantastic care of my pets while I was away for an extended vacation out of the country. I knew they were in good hands and that Brittany would take such good care of them. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away and came home to healthy and happy pets!

Out dog walker, Jeremy, was on time, took our dog, Buddy, on a nice walk around our neighborhood, and was very professional. Buddy liked him a lot, and so did we. Jeremy was very polite and we will use him for a few months. My husband broke his arm and is unable to walk, Buddy.

I reported a safety violation with a sitter who staying in my home while my wife and I were out of town and Rover has yet to follow up with us more about this. Meanwhile, this sitter could be violating more sitting safety rules and treating customers poorly. I just expected a more efficient reporting process.

The sitter I had neglected my dog the week she was with her. I reported it immediately, took a WEEK to have someone reach out while they require you submit everything within 48 hours of your visit ending. The solution still hasn’t been handled. No one communicates, no one answers basic questions. Also, they protect the sitters on their site. $25k of vet bills is not true, they make you cover x amount before they will consider paying you for anything, refunds for you won’t happen. First and last time ever using them.
