Very comprehensive system. While it's a bit more configuration than some of the other offerings in the iPad space the depth of capability is considerably better. Revel will continue to grow with us, which is good piece if mind for my business. Support has also been great and responsive.

Have had very few issues with our Revel system. Any time we've had a problem, the tech team has solved the issue promptly . I have never had a bad interaction with any of the support techs. After more than one year with Revel, I'm still very happy with our experience.

Love their service. They have the best support system which is a big reason I chose this POS provider.

There customer support was not too good in the beginning but they improved by getting a better quality phone system and have reps that speak better English. They also have been releasing useful updates to their software that has made our system easier to use.

There are some high quality and helpful people working at this company and I don't personally blame the people for my major issues with this company... with that being said their "customer service" system is terrible. They only want to communicate via email for real issues and they take forever. I have been left SOL many times because I wasn't able to speak to the right person who could help because "they are not reachable by phone. We can only communicate with said person via email". So I'm left with a system that can't function and since basic support people can't help and this is a bigger issue then they can resolve, I'm left without a usable POS all weekend. Here's how they can fix their issues: Allow their customers to speak to the departments that can help them and allow them to speak to them on the phone. Have more people in these more advanced departments so I don't have to wait two days to fix my app or printer template. STOP all the dang emails. Just speak to me, it solves issues way faster

Revel is a great company - typically very good with customer help. Installations have been excellent.

Overall I am happy. But sometimes it does take awhile to get to someone that is smart enough to solve me issue.

Their support is terrible. They are not chip ready so you will lose every fraudulent charge. They have cost of goods issues which destroys your QB file. Their integration with QB breaks all the time. I would absolutely not recommend this POS. We are leaving them!
