We've been trying to get tips calculated correctly since June. It's now October and they say they're still working on it. They just can't figure out why tips received at the POS don't equal tips paid out. This should be basic BASIC functionality, not rocket science.

This is the worst POS company ever. They are terrible communicators. I cancelled services in July, and I am continuing to be charged. When I call, I get generic people to speak to. They tell me that they cannot connect me to the appropriate party. I have asked multiple times for a call back, and they have said that it is notated. I have yet to receive one. While this part sucks, honestly everything else does too. They have been nothing but issues.

I have quit my Revel POS system as its technology has fallen behind its competitors and I have moved to a more contemporary hardware and backend solution. The Revel phone support is incredible, flawless - I just wish I didn't have to contact them soooooo often to fix constant problems. My gripe is cancelling my subscription. After months of emails to get out, they are continuing to direct debit me monthly in breach of our contract agreement.

Be careful ordering from this website. No answer after multiple emails and phone calls to return items. One of my WORST experiences ever with internet ordering.

0 accountability. System is super flawed. Do not use. Ruins reputation of hard working companies. I have had driver’s not show unable to change drivers. If i could give 0 stars I would.

I do not recommend using Revel Systems. I was not informed that my monthly fee would be doubled, yet it was increased without notice. After canceling the service, I was still charged for an additional two months. The company is unreliable, significantly overpriced, and demonstrates predatory billing practices. These issues resulted unnecessary costs for my business, and my attempts to resolve the matter were ignored. There are more transparent and reliable POS solutions available, and I strongly advise others to consider alternatives to Revel.

This was our first experience of using a personal travel agent, and Andy Eccles did us proud. We travelled to Crete for some late Autumn sun, warmth and relaxation, and that's exactly what we got. All organised and executed without a hitch. The Travel Counsellors app worked really well and made it easy for Andy (Eccles) to keep us up to date with everything in one place.
