Revel has a team of people who are all knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to work with. They all resolve questions and issuea in a timely manner with follow-up calls or emails to ensure you got the help you need. Thank you all for helping me with my POS.

Product is capable and straightforward to use. Support is excellent. New features are rolled out regularly. Some functions that I'd consider core require additional subscription fees. Overall, we're happy with Revel

Revel has been a very reliable POS for us. It has proven reliability in our permanent locations as well as our temporary locations.

Quick to answer calls. No long waits like most POS companies. Very efficient in getting problems solved. If they can't solve it they refer it to someone else who will return your call within 10 minutes or solve the issue and let you know via email.

Love this system and would recommend it to everyone. I have done so much with it! Yet there is so much more I can do. I and get online help at anytime, and enjoy talking to a real person if I need to. You have my vote!

Fees are to high and the sistem is good but no the equipment I have 5 restaurants with revel and the tables will explode this kind of tablets doesn’t work for busy restaurants I think are ok for nail shops or boutiques..

Revel is so easy to use and provides great tutorials for staff. Upgrades are always rolled out with notice and guidelines. The tech help team is amazing - very prompt and competent
