retainer didn't fit

I had braces for a few years when I was younger, and I've noticed some movement in my teeth as I get older. I wasn't interested in getting the *perfect* smile with expensive corrections - I was interested in keeping everything where it is. Retainers Direct was the perfect solution. The process is easy and fast and very affordable. I also loved the personalized, hand-written note that came with the retainers. Really nice touch. I highly recommend this service.

My only recommendation would be to send off the same size trays the orthodontists use. I had to use a small for my lower and large for my upper & due to that when I wear both retainers at night, my bite is off for a couple of hours in the morning (I’m assuming it’s due to the different sized trays). Other than that the retainers are better than I expected. The plastic seems thicker & stronger then the ones I have received in the past from my dentist.

An orthodontist wanted to charge me $700 for my sons bottom and top retainers and then offered me a lifetime warranty for an extra $200! absurd!I went online and found Retainers Direct and love them! My son was able to make his own molds - the directions are so easy and its easy to do if you pay attention to them! Got his retainers in a very timely manner and he is thrilled as well as myself! Would highly recommend this company to all!

Extremely professional, prompt and sufficient. If you need a retainer due to one being lost or not being provided one by your orthodontist I would recommend. Also, I purchased the whitening gel and it has helped in a matter of two days.
