Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

A company that really cares and wants the best product for you! I had purchased a top retainer and it wasn't fitting as it should so I got a hold of retainer's direct and they were able to fix and send a new one and now fits perfectly! The quality is amazing and looks like it will last for years. I highly recommend this company and don't be discouraged to purchase an online retainer. Very professional.

I had to get some retainers very quickly because my doctor's office had closed with no warning. I am so happy I went to Retainers Direct! The staff was so responsive, and the process was quick and easy. I've had my braces off for over 5 years and my teeth are retained in the same position as they were in right after I got my braces off because of the excellent retainer that I got. I'm going to get all of my retainers from here now.

The Retainers Direct team has gone above and beyond for me. I expressed concern about needing my order quickly and the next day I was given a call to go over my options. The team also answered all my questions about doing the impression kit myself. A truly caring team!

Great customer service! Had an issue with the fit of the retainers and within the same day of reaching out I got a response from the company to help me troubleshoot the issue, and they even remade one of the retainers to get a better fit. 110% recommend this company if you lost or broke your retainers and need a new set fast

These fit perfectly! Was a very easy process, and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for! Price was great.. cannot compliment enough! Thank you for a super high quality product!!

The instructions for the retainers were clear, but I wish it was a little more detailed. Other than that the service was great. The company’s shipped fast and replied back quick when I had questions.

I would recommend buying extra putty. My retainer came back a little funky due to the not so great impression I took. I emailed the company, the staff responded promptly and I was able to complete another impression and I received a good fitting retainer.

Fast service, retainers are nice and tight plus the handwritten note made it feel special 10 out of 10 would recommend
