The top retainers don’t stay in my teeth but the bottoms seem to fit ok. I used the small tray which did not allow enough room for the retainers to go to my back teeth but the large trays were too wide for my mouth. Someone who has a mouth suited for one of the two trays may have better luck.

I have never had a more unprofessional response than from this company I had a tight fitting retainer and my customer service representative told me to run it under hot water to fix it myself. Not only that but they're advertisements show retainers that are cut to the gum line and mine go completely over my gums. When I asked them to take down their advertisement I got little feedback except saying they'll talk to their marketing team. The advertisements still haven't been removed. And I bought a product that I'm very disappointed in, and looked nothing like what I was expecting.

I am sorry you are disappointed with our service. Running the retainer under hot water is often a good way to loosen up a slightly tight retainer and avoids you having to wait for a new retainer to be mailed. We do not scallop our retainers at the gumline and I apologize our marketing team used a stock photo where that was done. There are machines on the market that trim retainers this way but we do not currently use one. I let our team know and those photos should be down now.
I had a wonderful experience with Retainers Direct. I highly recommend them. I was a little nervous to do it this way since I only have gotten my retainers done in an office. They provide a video, and when I had difficulty, they offered to speak to me on the phone for guidance. You can also send them emails showing what the retainer looks like. They responded very quickly and provided tips to make sure I got the retainers done correctly. I received everything in the mail quickly. When my final retainers came in, their handwritten (!) note explained there were some adjustments that had to be made, to try them on, and let them know how they fit. They fit great! I truly appreciated this service and would recommend it to my peers if they wanted to order retainers this way.

Great service with clear instructions. I also received a kindly handwritten note from Daisy about modifications made to my bottom retainer. All in all, much cheaper and more convenient than going to the orthodontist. Completely recommend Retainers Direct!

My dentist was going to charge me $400 to have new retainers made. Not including that I had to wait til December. With Retainers Direct, I had my retainers in 2 1/2 weeks. Great service, price was excellent and they came out perfect. Thanks Retainers Direct!

I was skeptical about sending my impressions through the mail and expected to get an email stating that my impressions were lost or not usable. If they were able to use the impressions I had doubts that they would fit, but I took a chance anyway. To my surprise, my order came pretty quickly and my retainer fits perfectly! I'm so happy that I decided to give RetainersDirect a try.
