I ordered a lower retainer with Retainers Direct. I thought the impressions were really hard to make, I'm not sure why! Maybe some extra photos of what it should look like would have been helpful. The company is super responsive via email and told me to send all the impressions in. My lower retainer surprisingly fit great (took a few nights of wearing to have it mold better to my teeth). I liked the personalization in the box too. Overall great experience!

Instead of sending out half baked retainer they reached out and asked me to provide another impression. The product I got was better than my original provided by my ortho (of which I liked very much) however cant deny the quality of which I got back. Will be doing more business with this group for night guards and or other needs.

They were very nice and worked with me every step of the way

The process was really easy and relatively quick. The retainers fit snug although with both top and bottom retainer on it is hard to close my mouth all the way. It might be a little better if the retainer didn't have as much extra space above the teeth and were a little thinner. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and happy to save hundreds of dollars compared to the retainers provided by my dentist.

Never replied to e mail. The retainers don’t fit.

Thank you Pete for your review. We are a fairly new company and work hard to provide excellent customer service and an excellent product. My wife, myself or my son answer all the emails and pride ourselves on being prompt and accomodating. I looked back at old emails and have no missed emails from someone named Pete and only one that i had some correspondence with. We offer a 100% money back gaurantee, just email me at [email protected] so we can get you taken care of.
I sent back 3 impressions and a photo to make sure they were okay. The dentist said they were. But when my retainer arrived, it was sent with a note that the impressions were bad. The retainer didn't even fit around my teeth at all. Let's hope they can fix the situation. Not as seamless an experience as I had hoped.

I am sorry your experience was not ideal. I would love to hear more about what the note from the technician said about your impressions. I do my best to check impressions through photos but it is not always possible to tell completely. Please email me at [email protected] and we will send you more putty to try again or accomodate you however you are most comfortable . Again, I am sorry it has been a struggle but I will make it right if you give me a chance. Darren
Retainers Direct did an excellent job. Retainer fits perfect. I had lost my previous ones from the dentist and these are same quality at a lower cost. I recommend giving them a try.
