The process is pretty straight forward. you mold your teeth with the kit that you get. make sure to really push your teeth into it so you got a good impression. The time the process takes is really not that bad especially if you make the mold right away and send it back right away. Before sending it in make sure to email them a picture of your mold so that you know for sure the mold will be OK to use. If you’re good to go you can send it back, if not, you can try again with the extra set of mold that it comes with or you can buy extra extra for like $10. That’s really not much considering how much you’re saving on not spending like $500-600 at the orthodontists office. They are pretty stiff when you first get them back so don’t be alarmed if it feels snug at first. the first like week you’re breaking them in. Definitely worth the money and their customer service is super nice.
