So far I have appreciated the care and ease of this service. I received my retainer with a hand written note saying that the impression was somewhat distorted on my lower tray but that they did the best to piece together the retainer. Try it but that I might need to redo the impression. I just contact them online and they will send out another kit. Everything is timely, professional and caring.

My dentist tried to charge me $1200 for a set of 4 retainers when I only needed one set. I am really happy that I gave Retainers Direct a shot - they provided me with great retainers for fraction of the cost. They are very communicative and guided me through the measurement process. My lower teeth retainers came out perfectly on the first try. The upper teeth did not fit perfectly so I reached out the doctor via email and they immediately rectified the situation by sending me a new set of upper teeth retainers that fit perfectly (for no charge!). Oh and as an added bonus, they send you really sweet handwritten notes with your order. I will never go through my dentist again for retainers.

Good overall product so far. Getting the mold done correctly was a challenge for my teen. Had to send out a second mold along with a 3D mold from his orthodontist. 3D mold was sent back broken which was super disappointing as I took extreme measure (bubble wrapped ) when sending it in.

So easy to order and retainer fit great! So far it’s been a week, but hoping to keep my snails straight. Would recommend and order again

You were very fast but they don’t fit. I keep trying but it really hurts and almost got stuck

Retainer fit beautifully. I am wondering though if you would be able to make one that would close up the spaces between 7&8 and 9&10. This is what my old retainer was able to do, I just don't know if you have the capability to do this. Thanks again and I would absolutely recommend you Kathy Cook

This worked great! I have a son that has not had orthodontic work done for years. We no longer live in the area where he had his work done and he lost his retainers. This made getting new ones for him a snap.
