Not too long ago, my daughter broke her retainer in half. Our orthodontist was not seeing patients due to the coronavirus pandemic and felt like a broken retainer even with it being snapped in half was not a “true” emergency. I was a bit upset by this because this would mean my child’s teeth would shift back and her wearing braces would’ve been for nothing. After trying several other orthodontists in the area, I gave up. I stumbled across this website and ordered a kit from retainersdirect.com. It was easy to make impressions at home and we just got the new retainers in today’s mail. It’s a perfect fit! So happy with their quality and service. They even walked me through the impressions and had me email them a picture of the impression to make sure I did it right before shipping the impressions back to them. They’re reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend them. Now if she breaks or loses a retainer, I’m never going back to the orthodontist’s office. I’ll be getting them from retainersdirect.com!

My retainer of 3 years became broken and worn down, so I needed a new one. I recently moved, and when I went to the local orthodontist, they told me it would cost $500 for a new set! Instead I looked online and found Retainers Direct where I could order the kit to my house, take impressions myself, and mail it in right away for a much more reasonable cost. Packages came reasonably quick, impressions were easy to take, retainers came out great! You definitely get what you pay for, the retainers themselves are slightly thinner than my old retainers, but everything was so easy to do, and it was so much less expensive.

Fast service and a nice personalized card when the retainers came in. I emailed twice about my impressions wondering if they were good enough and no one got back to me so I just sent them in. The retainers feel a little snug and don’t seem to completely fit on my teeth but time will tell!

When i found out about this i was pretty excited. I had lost my retainers while moving and was pretty concerned that my teeth were gonna shift as it took so long to get them straight.
