The retainer making process and ordering was super easy and my retainers came out amazing. These are even better than my originals from when I got my braces off! They have the perfect amount of hardness so they are comfortable when you sleep. My stuff came in the mail so fast too. I loved the packaging and materials that come with making and I even got a handwritten note when my final retainers came in!

Wow! This was such an easy and quick process. My dentist charges almost $500 for a full set of retainers so I decided to take a chance with ordering online. I was not disappointed! The kit arrived in a couple of days and the instructions to take the impressions were very easy to understand. After I sent the impressions back, I received a confirmation email saying they had the impressions and then again when the retainers were shipped out. The whole process from ordering the kit to receiving the retainers took about two weeks. Great service and product!

Great option for broken retainer during Covid shutdown. Safely made mold at home and retainer back within a week or so!
