Retainer was great quality, probably better than the one that I got from my orthodontist. It was trimmed well and I didn't have to adjust it at all, and it shipped quickly once I sent in my impressions. I also really like the case that it came with- really sturdy heavy duty plastic with a mirror inside the case.

I got this retainer after my dog chewed up my other retainer, but after I got this retainer not even a week later did It start having a hole created in it, I continued on with life cause it’s a small hole right? Nope it got even more holes over the next month. the quality is also terribly made out of the flimsy water bottle material causing it easily to tear. The don’t care their just trying to make a quick buck

I always try to be positive when I respond to reviews, good or bad. In this case I need to speak my mind. The material I use to make retainers is the same material I use in my orthodontic office. It is a .030 polypropylene based plastic that is BPA free. It is strong, comfortable and does not rip or crack. If you wore holes in it than you are grinding at night and need a night guard, not a retainer. It is not possible to make a retainer with "water bottle plastic" and I am not interested in a "quick buck". For you to say this is just ignorant and mean. This is a family owned business that I started in my off time. I run a reputable orthodontic practice in New Mexico and pride myself on genuine care and integrity. If you were unhappy with our product you should just email me and I will return your money.

The retainers we really good quality and will last me a long time. Ordered these after losing my other ones from my ortho, and they worked very well. Took some time to arrive though... for all of my stuff to come it took around a month or so. Also when I received my box with my retainers it only had my top ones and I had to wait yet another two weeks to get them.
