Totally positive experience. After being quoted $1,000 by my orthodontist and $800 by my dentist I decided to try RetainersDirect. I received my impressions kit within a few days. Unfortunately, the first set of impressions I sent them was not usable. They contacted me about the problem and quickly sent me a new set and only charged me $10. I sent them the new impressions and received my retainers and a beautiful carrying case within a few days. They fit a bit tight but are perfect. I received a personalized note telling me that they will loosen up as I wear them. Thank you so much for the great service and product.

Great experience from the beginning ‘till the end. I ordered an upper retainer. I received my order very quick. I was sent an impression kit box with two sizes tray and 3 different putty (1 is for practice and 2 are regular ones; one is extra, just in case you’re like me and mess up the first one lol). First, I used the training putty, which is a great way to get a feeling for the whole process, then I moved on to the regular one. The first impression I took wasn’t great and I kind of had a feeling; I decided to email them with pictures of it and I had a response quick...sure enough I was asked to take another one. Thankfully, they thought ahead sending in the box additional putty! Btw., they also sell extra putty on their homepage, just in case more is needed. My second impression turned out to be good, so I sent everything in...I even included the bad impression and the training one in the envelope! I received my retainer about a week later and it fits perfectly. They even added a cute little handwritten card in the box, which it was a nice personal touch! I honestly can recommend “RetainersDirect.com” to anyone that needs a good quality retainer without having to break the bank. Excellent service and quality!
