I am sorry you were not happy with your retainer. Please email me at [email protected] and I will make it right. If the retainer was too loose we probably did not have an ideal impression and our best estimate of tooth anatomy was not perfect. We can take a new impression and make an ideal retainer. As far as your front tooth, we are a retainer company and absolutely do not move teeth with our retainers. They simply retain teeth in their current position. I am an orthodontist and feel tooth movement should only be under the direct care of a licensed orthodontist.
